The Dream Catchers was founded by Surbhi Kumar in the year 2023. She is a certified career counselor & an alumna of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC, Delhi University) and MBA from FORE School of Management. Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, she accumulated 15 years of diverse professional experience, making contributions to global corporations such as Fidelity and Morningstar. Her professional journey took her across vibrant locations, including Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Chicago.
We are a nimble and talented team that shares a collective vision of empowering students to achieve their academic aspirations. Our approach goes beyond conventional counseling, as we view each student as a unique individual with distinctive aspirations.

What Are Psychometric Career Assessment?
Psychometric Assessment are structured frameworks to ensure an unbiased evaluation of psychological characteristics, such as personality, creativity, intelligence. These assessments often involve a series of questions or tasks that aim to quantify and measure specific aspects of an individual's psychological makeup.
The Psychometric Assessment utilized by The Dream Catchers evaluates students' Aptitude (A) and assists in identifying their Interest (I) types and Personality (P) traits. It is an online assessment. Based on a student’s Aptitude, Personality & Interest, a Career Fitment Report is generated, offering information on the Top 10 Career Clusters aligned to the student. It's important to note that each cluster encompasses multiple careers, necessitating in-depth research and exploration.
